Cancel a subscription

On iPhone, cancel from your Apple account settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Astrée. On Android, cancel from Google Play: profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Astrée. We have no control over it: Apple and Google handle payments on their own.

My rising sign looks wrong

The rising sign depends on the time and place of birth to within a few minutes, and on the time zone of that place, not the one where you live today. Check these three details in the Me tab.

I did not get my notification

Check that notifications are allowed for Astrée in your phone's settings, and that the time chosen in the app is the one you expect.
